To cozy up to Chima and split from the US is a decision that if not radically reversed will turn Canada into China’s banana republic. Idiotic, China under the CCP is the worst version of a dictatorship; productive and oppressive, much like nazi Germany, including racial superiority overtones.
Canada’s friendship with CCP-run China is like an innocent girl dating a serial rapist but she expects not to get raped because she is a nice girl. Totally nuts, irrational. Trump is a nuisance but will pass in 3 years, the CCP will continue to be an oppresive dictatorship.
Any idiot can see how the CCP treats the Chinese people, not just the Uyghurs and Tibetans, how do Canadians think the CCP will treat non-Chinese peoples?
Remember also CCP-run China is motivated by emotional revenge feelings towards the West and Japan; somehow they cannot bring themselves to the fact that, for watever reason, it turned out China was not the center of the World, that the center of the World was always Southwest and West of China and by several thousand years.
They can not accep they fell behind because the West pulled ahead, so much so that in desperation they had to turn to the West to improve the lives of the Chinese people.
They blew it big in their first attempt, when they felñ for Marxism-Socialism-Communism, one of the craziest but most persuasive ideas the West ever produced. Of course it brought to China what it brings to all societies who fall for Communism; misery, poverty and massive killings.
Finally, Deng Xiao Ping woke up and ditched economic Communism, surremdered to the West, which includes Japan and welcomed Wester companies, science, technology, education and business management but, irrationally, the CCP tells the Chinese people “we are superior, the West pulled ahead but it is an anomally, China is still the center”.
Such thinking will only end up in one way; with the Chinese people suffering the final humiliation at hands of all the major democracies, including India. The Democracies will be joined by Russia, once the Russians figure out China salivates at the sight of Russia’s tasty, juicy, soft Siberian underbelly chokefull of resources.
Perhaps this final humiliation will break China up and we will enjoy in the World several wonderful Chinese democratic nations.
Canada is dealing with the Devil; remember the illegal detention of Canadians, Tiannamen, the Uyghurs, Tibet, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the South China Sea, how China treats its neighbours and all other nations; to steal from them, to intimidate them, to blackmail them.
The CCP has to go, just like the Ayatollahs of Iran have to go and Putin has to go.
