And we all need the Swiss system of political decision making. Polievre and Joe did not say it, but I will: the Swiss system is real democracy, the democracies of all other democratic countries are half baked democracies because the wiil of the people is often not carried and sometimes the politicians make decisions contrary to the will of the people.
It does not matter if they are representative democracies English style, or Republics in the American or French style.
Non democracies like Russia, China, Iran are abominations contrary to human dignity and life. Absolute monarquies like Saudi Arabia are also abominations but not as terrible.
Communist, fascist or one man or one party or one religion dictatorships are all abominations and must disappear from the face of the earth, they diseases, just like cancer, polio, the Wohan virus etc.
Study the Swiss.

A land where the people, on their own initiative, can call for binding referendums on any proposal that 1% of registered voters sign up to sen it to binding referendum; any law, new or existing, any policy, any provision of the cobstitution.

In the Swiss system: ” there is no fixed constitition, the voters make the cobstitution as they vote in referemdumns”.
The Swiss apply the same system in towns, cantons ( they are a bit like US states but with more autonomy)
