It is great we are making great advances in many fields. It is also clear many of those advances are very disruptive for business but, more importantly, for the lives of ordinary people. One huge problem that brought Trump to power are the job losses to legal and illegal immigration and to low cost countries. To prevent political instability and the disasters it can bring we need a new system of political decision making, a system that prevents what we see in most democracies today; a growing divide with political leaders, big business exevutives and the rich on one side and on the other side the majority of citizens. The anger, frustration and desperation keeps growing but piliticians, for whatever reason are unable or unwilling to listen to the majority, or perhaps they believe they know what the majority wants, but it is obvious they do not know, otherwise people would not elect Trump, LePen would not have to be jailed, the establishment would not try to take Trump out, Farage would not be surging, etc. Let me make one thing clear; Trump is better than Biden, he is a little better tuned in with the people but it is not clear a majority of Americans are with him in his support of Israeli actions in Gaza but, and this is worse, clearly are not with him in the withholding of Epstein files. Just with that action, Trump turns out to be another establishment politician. With that action he has completely destroyed his credibility. Most of his supporters will not turn away from him because the Demicrats are worse. For a country to be stable over the medium and long term you can not have discredited elected politicians. We need a political system that will make it impossdible por politicians to ignore or misread what concerns the people. No, dictatorships are not the answer; fascist dictatorships, communist dictatorship or religious dictatorships of any religion; they all are abominations that are far less in tune with the people although in the beginning, dictators are treated as messiahs.
Such system must automátically force politicians and the elites to be in tune with the majority of citizens and must also force politicians of rival parties, including the major parties on the left and the right to work together when puting in place laws, policies, budgets, etc. Such system exists. What it does is put in the hand of registered voters the power to stop ANYTHING politicians do and to force them to do what the plural majority wants. The procedures for the people to exercise such powers must be straighforward so that the people will in fact exercise their powers as the top authority on executive and legislative issues, including changes to the constitution. That system is the Swisd system and it makes Switzerland the most democratic, in fact the only one really democratic country in the World. It also delivers unmatchef political stability, flexibility and prosperity. I suggest you study it and bring it to your country.
